Senior Director, 2-1-1 Texas
United Way Capital Area is currently looking for a Director of Major Gifts.

United Way seeks creative problem-solver to lead our dynamic, growing 2-1-1 Texas Call Center. Responsible for program and policy development, managing community relations and oversight of the staff, technology and database. Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills required. Must be a systems thinker who enjoys working in a team environment. Nonprofit management experience, including program development and budgeting, essential. Experience in information and referral preferred; CIRS/CRS certification a plus. Master’s Degree in related field preferred.

Director of Major Gifts
United Way Capital Area is currently looking for a Director of Major Gifts.

As a member of the Resource Development Department, this key position will lead a dynamic team of relationship managers. Our philosophy is centered on the primacy of growing healthy relationships and our business model is firmly rooted in consultative selling practices. Our ideal candidate will possess a sound business acumen, exceptional interpersonal sensibilities, proven management skills and substantial experience at the helm of a major gifts shop.

Most importantly, our ideal candidate will possess a fervent passion for changing the face of need for all Central Texans through a focus on education, financial stability and health.
