Each service listed in the database has its own eligibility criteria and geographic service areas. Before contacting an agency, please take a moment to verify that you or your client seem eligible for the services offered.

2-1-1 Texas continues to expand the community resource database to provide comprehensive listings of nonprofit organizations and government agencies that provide social services for residents of Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, Travis and Williamson counties.

2-1-1 Texas reserves the right to decide whether or not an organization or agency meets the community resource database inclusion criteria.

2-1-1 Texas requests that individuals and organizations do not utilize the database to populate their own database of community resources, create a new database, or create specialized directories or lengthy resource lists. Agencies and organizations are welcome to use the database to update short resource lists of community services. This policy is aimed at protecting the integrity of the 2-1-1 data and preventing a duplication of effort among service providers. Maintaining an accurate and comprehensive database is exceedingly time-consuming and costly. 2-1-1 Texas has staff dedicated to maintaining the database; therefore, we prefer to partner with organizations needing data to save them time and money.

Every effort has been made to verify the information contained in the database, but please keep in mind that information becomes outdated quickly. We welcome all reports of outdated information, and we apologize for any inaccuracies.
