2-1-1 Texas -- Join the 2-1-1 Database

2-1-1 Texas continues to expand the 2-1-1 online database to provide comprehensive listings of nonprofits, government agencies, and faith-based organizations that provide social services for residents of Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, Travis and Williamson counties.

Please help us provide accurate and up-to-date referrals to callers by adding your organization to our database, or notifying us of changes to your organization’s contact information or services offered.

Add Your Organization
To add your organization to the 2-1-1 online database:

• Download and fill out the 2-1-1 Information Forms
• Return completed forms via fax to 512-836-1036 or via mail to:

  2000 E. MLK Jr. Blvd.
  Austin, Texas 78702
• Send an e-mail to 211database@unitedwaycapitalarea.org if you would like to complete and return the forms electronically.

Update Your Organization
To update your organization’s information, send an e-mail to 211database@unitedwaycapitalarea.org. All organizations listed in the database are contacted by 2-1-1 staff at least once per year to update information.

Inclusion Criteria
2-1-1 Texas provides general guidelines for agencies or organizations that want to be included in the online database. 2-1-1 Texas reserves the right to decide whether or not an organization or agency meets the database inclusion criteria.

Data Integrity
2-1-1 Texas has full-time staff dedicated to maintaining the database. Please contact us to report inaccurate data.

Avoiding Duplication of Effort
2-1-1 Texas requests that individuals and organizations do not utilize the database to populate their own database of community resources, create a new database, or create specialized directories or lengthy resource lists. Agencies and organizations are welcome to use the database to update short resource lists of community services. This policy prevents a duplication of effort among service providers.
