2-1-1 Texas continues to expand the community resource database to provide comprehensive listings of nonprofit organizations and government agencies that provide social services for residents of Bastrop, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Fayette, Hays, Lee, Llano, Travis and Williamson counties.
Download and fill out the 2-1-1
Information Forms, then return the completed forms via fax to

You can also email 211database@unitedwaycapitalarea.org if you would like to complete and return the forms electronically.
2-1-1 Texas reserves the right to decide whether or not an organization or agency meets the community resource database inclusion criteria.
Please help us provide accurate and up-to-date referrals to your organization by letting us know when there are changes to the services offered, or when your organization has a change of address or phone number.
2-1-1 Texas will contact your organization at least once a year to update the information listed in our resource database. Responding to our update requests the first time we contact your organization saves us considerable time and labor and helps us provide correct information to our helpline callers.
