Take Legislative Action
Legislators, mayors, council members, county commissioners and other elected officials are inundated with calls from Texans looking for help. 2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember service for officials and their staff who are looking to connect constituents with community services.
Write a letter to your state representative or congressional representative to let them know that you support continued funding for 2-1-1 Texas. Funding supports the continuation of 25 working 2-1-1 call centers. Together, these 25 call centers give 100% of Texans access to information and referrals 100% of the time.
