2-1-1 Texas compiles demographic, caller need, and program referral data from each caller to allow for statistical analysis.

The Community Needs & Trends Reports linked below are produced semi-annually for the intent of illustrating changes in demand for health and human services in South Central Texas. These reports are intended to complement other data-gathering efforts in order to help create a more comprehensive analysis of need in the community.

2-1-1 Texas can produce Community Needs & Trends reports on an ad-hoc basis for interested agencies or individuals.
