Community Investment Grants (CIGs) will also fund the following collaborative programs:

  1. Quality Childcare Mentoring Collaboration -- WorkSource (fiscal agent) and Austin Community College
  2. School-to-Community Mentoring Collaboration -- Communities In Schools (fiscal agent) and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas
  3. Passages Program -- The Salvation Army (fiscal agent), Caritas, Foundation for the Homeless, Lifeworks, Foundation Communities, and SafePlace
